Exhibit Booth Information

The Louisiana Tire and Automotive Service Association (LTASA) invites you to celebrate 50 years of serving the tire and automotive industry as an exhibitor at the 2022 LTASA Annual Convention! This event provides the opportunity for interaction between tire dealers, LTASA members, and other industry professionals.
 
We have made some changes to our schedule this year including our new IGNITE sessions Ignite sessions will allow you more valuable time with attendees to highlight your hottest product. Included with your booth registration is the opportunity to participate in the Exhibitor IGNITE Session.
 
Exhibitors will have THREE minutes to feature one product or service of your choice—maybe it is your biggest seller, or the new innovative product just hitting the market. The session will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Golden Nugget from 10:00—11:00 a.m. We ask that if you want to attend, to complete the form below and submit with your contract. We will distribute a schedule of presenters prior to the convention.

REGISTRATION FEES

Station Sponsor: $100
Exhibit Booth Registration: $500
Sponsor Packages: From $750 to $2,500
Additional Exhibitor Personnel Passes (beyond what's included in booth registration): $150/each
Golf Tournament: $150/each
Fishing Excursion: $175/each
Awards Banquet Ticket: $85/each

The exhibitor registration fee includes at least one convention registration and one banquet ticket. Additional exhibitor personnel passes may be purchased.



BOOTH INFORMATION

Exhibit booths come with one 5' exhibitor table and two chairs.

Additional booth services, including electricity, may be requested through the Golden Nugget.

Please complete the information on the contract page pertaining to your booth. Please see the terms and conditions or contact the LTASA office at (225) 343-2776 for shipment information and other services.
Booth reservations can only be guaranteed once payment has been received.

Shipping of Materials

Exhibitor personnel are responsible for making all of their own shipping arrangements.  Shipping of goods to and from the exhibiting site must be made no more than 3 working days prior to the conference start date.  Vendors need to bring their own preprinted shipping labels if they have anything to be return shipped from here upon conclusion. Address packages as: Guest Name and Group Name, c/o Golden Nugget Biloxi Business Center, 151 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, MS 39530. All items must be numbered and clearly marked for the Louisiana Tire and Automotive Service Association, as well as your organization’s name, the contact person who will claim the item(s), and your booth number. Golden Nugget Biloxi Hotel & Casino reserves the right to refuse receipt of any package.  Shipping/Receiving Department is open until 3:00pm Central Time, Monday – Friday. Please note that deliveries are not accepted on Saturday or Sunday, so please plan your shipments accordingly.
